The Moscow Times reported that Azerbaijan has loaned $300 million to Belarus in exchange for Belaruskali.

The Moscow Times reported that Azerbaijan has loaned $300 million to Belarus in exchange for Belaruskali.

The market news is quoted as saying:

[Belaruskali’s general director] Kiriyenko also said Belarus should not agree to sell any of the assets in Belaruskali to India, which recently said it intended to buy a stake of up to 25 percent.
