As quoted in the market news:
Minbos, which focuses on phosphate projects in Angola’s Cabinda province and the adjoining areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo, would buy the stake from Alum Industrial and provide the funding to take the project through to feasibility study. The licence area covers 785 km2, and lies within the Congo basin, which hosts the Sintoukola project, as well as the Makolo project, which have resources of 804-million tons and 191.5-million tons respectively.
