Mesa Receives Full Support from Utah Congressional Delegation
Mesa Exploration Corp.(TSXV:MSA) announced that it has received support from the Utah Congressional delegation for its Bounty Potash project, Utah. The Company plans to develop the project in the coming months.
As quoted in the press release:
U.S. Senators Orrin Hatch and Mike Lee as well as U.S. Congressman Rob Bishop have expressed support to the Bureau of Land Management for the development of the project by Mesa. The delegation described how advancing the project would reduce dependence on foreign producers, help the economy of the region, provide economic development, jobs and State and Federal royalty payments.
Mesa, President and CEO, Foster Wilson, said:
It is encouraging to receive such strong political support at the federal level. In addition, Utah’s Governor Gary Herbert and the Utah Legislature are committed to competitive fiscal policies and job creation. Mesa looks forward to developing the Bounty Potash Project in such an industry-friendly environment.
