MBAC Fertilizer to Proceed with the Itafos Phosphate Project

MBAC Fertilizer Corp. (TSX:MBC) reported that the company has approved the development and construction of its 100% owned Arraias – Campos Belos Itafós Phosphate Project in Brazil.

The decision is based on the results of the National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) compliant Technical Report which provides an analysis of the technical and capital cost considerations. The Technical Report will be available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and on MBAC’s website under “Presentations”.
