Marifil Signs Option Agreement on Argentina Potash Assets

Marifil Mines Ltd. (TSXV:MFM) announced the signing of an agreement to option the Argentina-based K-5 and K-6 potash claims.

As quoted in the press release:

The seller retains a 2% Net Smelter Royalty but the Company can purchase 1.5% of this royalty for $1,500,000 with a second option to purchase the remaining 0.5% royalty for $1,500,000.
