Legal Battle Over Potash Mine Escalates in Canada

Reuters reported on Potash Corp’s (NYSE:POT) dispute with Mosaic (NYSE:MOS) over potash supply.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Minnesota-based Mosaic said it had boosted supplies sent to Potash Corp using its own reserves, and that it had already given the Saskatchewan-based producer its share of the reserves from the mine in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.
