Mr. Durfy currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of Compensation and Governance Committee for Touchstone Exploration Inc. and a Board Member of Northland Power Inc. Mr. Durfy has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Marketing from Dalhousie University.
