The News Sun reported that IC Potash`s New Mexico project expects to complete a feasibility study by April and hopes to receive environmental approval by March 2014. The project will create 1000 construction jobs and 500 permanent jobs after construction is finished.

As quoted in the market report:

The project is slated for land some 30 miles west of Jal and will mine sulphate of potash-rich polyhalite deposits from a seam some 1,500 feet below the surface.
