GrowMax Agri Corp., a subsidiary of Americas Petrogas Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BOE), reported that it has invited Frank Yu, Mark Malacek and Steven Yee to act as advisors to management on various aspects of GrowMax’s plans to develop the Bayovar Potash (and other minerals) Project in Peru.
