Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (CVE:GZD) reports that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of an extension of warrants.
The press release is quoted as saying:
On approval holders of an aggregate of 5,363,333 warrants to purchase common shares of Grizzly issued on July 5, 2010 and July 14, 2010 will have the right to exercise their warrants for one additional year to July 5, 2012. The exercise prices of the amended warrants remain unchanged at $0.50 for 3,963,333 of the amended warrants and $ 0.60 for 1,400,000 of the amended warrants.
