Ethiopian Potash Implements Shareholder Rights Plan

Ethiopian Potash Corp. (TSXV:FED) announced the approval by its board of a shareholder rights plan between the company and its advisor.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Rights Plan has been adopted to ensure the fair treatment of all EPC shareholders in the eventuality of a possible take-over bid for the outstanding common shares of the Corporation.
