Elemental Minerals Ltd. (TSX:ELM,ASX:ELM ) announced the appointment of Robert Geoffrey Franklyn as an independent non-executive director of the Company, effective immediately.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Franklyn has a broad range of experience in the legal sector, specialising in corporate governance and high profile mergers and acquisitions. He has provided advisory services inAustralia and cross-border, advising companies listed on a range of international exchanges including ASX, TSX, JSE, NASDAQ, NYSE, AIM and LSE. Mr. Franklyn has also advised on a number of African transactions and has experience dealing with Chinese State Owned Enterprises.
