Colonnade Announces Private Placement

Colonnade Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:COO.P) reported that the company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering to raise proceeds of a minimum of $550,000 in connection with its proposed “qualifying transaction” under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Private Placement is expected to close concurrently with Colonnade’s qualifying transaction on or about April 23, 2010. Colonnade intends to use the proceeds of the Private Placement to commence an exploration program on the Eyehill Creek Potash Property and for general working capital.
