The Financial Post reported that Karnalyte Resources’ recent governmental EIS approval for their potash project Saskatchewan did not get much support from investors, but analysts were optimistic.
As quoted in the market report:
We reiterate our bullish stance on Karnalyte, which we believe to be the world’s most attractive potash play to have surpassed the banking feasibility stage,” said Peter Prattas, analyst with Fraser Mackenzie. “The project boasts exceptional merits including a prime location (Saskatchewan), a high quality potash product, a low cost profile and a high after-tax internal rate of return.
