Agrium Flatly Rejects Jana’s Proposals

The Financial Post reported that Agrium has rejected all of shareholder Jana Partners LLC proposals, saying that they would detract significantly from shareholder value.

As quoted in the market report:

Mr. Wilson pulled no punches on Monday in a presentation to analysts, arguing Jana is wrong about virtually everything and that he has support from the vast majority of shareholders.
