African Potash Progressing Towards Completion of DRC Acquisition

Mining Weekly reported that African Potash (LSE:AFPO) hopes it will soon complete its acquisition of Patagonia Capital.

As quoted in the market news:

The exploration and investment company in February agreed to buy Patagonia Capital, which held a 70% interest in Congo-based La Societe des Potasses et des Mines (SPM) for a maximum consideration of $15-million in shares and cash.
