DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSXV:DSF) announced it has granted directors and a senior officer a total of 2.2 million incentive stock options. All options granted are exercisable for a five-year period at a price of 10 cents per common share of the company.
As quoted in the press release:
One million of the options will vest as to 25 per cent on Oct. 5, 2015, with an additional 25 per cent vesting on each anniversary of the award date thereafter until fully vested.
The remaining 1.2 million options granted will vest as to 33-1/3 per cent on the award date, with an additional 33-1/3 per cent vesting on each anniversary of the award date thereafter until fully vested.
Granting of these options is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
