DuSolo Announces Private Placement Price Change

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSXV:DSF) announced that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it is amending the price per unit of its C$2.5 million private placement, the amended price per Unit will now be C$0.10.
As quoted in the press release:

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (“Common Share”) and one-half Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of C$0.15 for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the Private Placement. All other terms of the Private Placement shall remain the same.
