DuSolo Announces Million Private Placement of Up to C$3.5 Million

DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (TSXV:DSF) announced a non-brokered private placement to raise between C$3.0 million and C$3.5 million through the issuance of common shares of the Company at a price of C$0.04 per Share. This will result in the issuance of between 75,000,000 and 87,500,000 Shares of the Company. The Company expects to close the Private Placement on or around April 30 2016, subject to TSXV approval.
Proceeds from this financing will be used approximately as follows:

In the event that funds over C$3.0m are received by the Company it is anticipated that such proceeds will be used to undertake additional product development testwork.
