Willow Laboratories Acquired by Ampersand, Receives New CEO

Willow Laboratories, a clinical toxicology laboratory that tests urine, hair and saliva for healthcare providers, announced that it has been acquired by private equity firm Ampersand Capital Partners, commenting that Gail Marcus will now be Willow’s president and CEO.

Jared Bartok, a general partner at Ampersand, commented:
