Naturally Splendid Enterprises (TSXV:NSP,FWB:50N) reported co-ownership of HempOmega™ patents with Full Spectrum Laboratories and Boreal Technologies on the application to the United States Patent Office. Naturally Splendid also reported the exploration of potential opportunities for HempOmega™.

Naturally Splendid is pleased to announce the relationship with Full Spectrum Laboratories and Boreal Technologies continues to strengthen, with the most recent transaction being an application to the United States Patent Office for co-ownership of HempOmega™ patents.
The Company is pleased to advise that the strategic relationship with Nature’s Health Products Canada Corp. (NHPCC), a Division of POS Bio-Sciences of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, has resulted in multiple inquiries from their clientele in regards to evaluating the suitability and potential for our omega technologies and related products to be included in existing or entirely new formulations. Potential markets for HempOmega™ include products for human consumption, as well as poultry and beef feed stock and pet food products.
Naturally Splendid continues to cooperate with the TSX Venture Exchange as they continue to review the proposed transaction announced in the news release dated November 20, 2014.
On closing of the transaction, which is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company’s initial focus will be directed to the opportunities as it relates to the nutritional Omega Technologies developed by Boreal Technologies and licensed from Full Spectrum Laboratories Limited.
