Viveve® Announces Resignation of Brigitte Smith From Board of Directors

Smith currently sits as Chairman of the Board and as a member of both the Compensation Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee. Her resignation comes into effect September 30, 2016.

Smith currently sits as Chairman of the Board and as a member of both the Compensation Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee. Her resignation comes into effect September 30, 2016.
According to Smith:
“My departure is not related to any developments at Viveve and I continue to have great confidence in the company and its prospects for a highly successful future.”
