M Pharmaceutical Inc. (CSE:MQ) announced they will be a participant of the Depository Trust Company (DTC) to request that the company’s securities become eligible for depository services. DTC eligibility allows for a company’s securities to be traded electronically between brokerage accounts in the United States.

DTC eligibility allows for a company’s securities to be traded electronically between brokerage accounts in the United States.
M Pharmaceutical CEO, Matthew Lehman, stated:

DTC eligibility is a significant step toward improving the liquidity of our stock in the U.S. market. This will allow for electronic trading of M Pharma’s securities via the OTCQB which, as of this time, is not possible.
