M Pharmaceutical Inc. (CSE:MQ), who has been in discussions with various third parties concerning the possible acquisition of additional lines of intellectual property by way of license or different forms of business combinations, addressed possible merger rumours.
As quoted in the press release:

To date, all of these discussions have been of a preliminary nature, and there is no assurance that any of them will lead to a transaction of any sort. The company views these type of discussions as being in the normal course of business, and no announcement will be made until if and when a definitive letter of intent has been signed.
