VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – Oct. 3, 2016) – Naturally Splendid (TSXV:NSP)is pleased to announce that they have secured the services of Mr. Brian Richardson in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Brian is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, who has over 15 years experience as a public company CFO and has worked as a financial professional in a number of industries including pharmaceuticals, high tech, energy and mining. His international experience includes working in both the private and public markets with a focus on emerging high growth companies. Areas of experience include financial reporting and control, financings, operations, strategic leadership and in mergers and acquisitions. Brian has a B.Comm degree from Queen’s University in Kingston and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Richardson duties will include coordinating all aspects of the Company’s financial reporting and controls; preparing annual and interim financial statements; preparing and reviewing MD&A and other disclosure derived from Company’s financial information; liaising with auditors and audit committee members on financial matters and overseeing cash management as well as preparation of the Company’s budgets and forecasts. As importantly, Mr. Richardson will be assisting the CEO in financing and fund-raising activities as well as co-ordinating with the Company’s bankers and financiers.
