Menlo Therapeutics (NASDAQ:MNLO) today announced the pricing of the Company’s initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Menlo.
As quoted in the press release:
Menlo’s common stock has been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “MNLO” on January 25, 2018. The offering is expected to close on January 29, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
Jefferies LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Guggenheim Securities, LLC are acting as joint book running managers for the proposed offering. JMP Securities is acting as the lead manager for this offering.
