CTD Holdings Closes $2 Million Private Placement

CTD Holdings (OTCQB:CTDH) has closed a private placement of its securities with a group of accredited investors that included several directors of the Company and members of management.
As quoted in the press release:

Investors in the private placement purchased 5,754,832 units at a price per unit of $0.35. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one seven-year warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $0.35.
