AnaptysBio, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANAB), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class antibody product candidates focused on unmet medical needs in inflammation, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on January 26, 2017, under the symbol “ANAB.” In addition, AnaptysBio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on January 31, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
