Valens Groworks Corp’s (CSE:VGW) previously announced private placement has been increased to an offering of 2 million units of the company at a price of $1 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2 million. This increase will accommodate an additional $1,287,300 to the previously announced closed tranches totalling $712,700 as a potential final tranche. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used to advance the operations at its 17,000 square-foot facility in Kelowna and complete its initial cannabis crop. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
