Deloitte Tax Law’s Daniel Kiselbach explains what qualities investors should look for when vetting up-and-coming medical marijuana companies.
At the GreenRush Financial Conference, held on May 7, 2014, Cannabis Investing News had the chance to speak with Daniel Kiselbach, partner at Deloitte Tax Law, a Canadian law firm that provides tax advisory and litigation services.
In the video below, Kiselbach explains the opportunity in investing in medical marijuana, also touching on what Health Canada’s push to commercialize medical marijuana means for the industry. “It’s going to be a business, and people that want to get in on the ground floor have to think about planning to do so,” he said.
In closing, he gives a brief summary of the qualities investors should look for when vetting up-and-coming medical marijuana companies.
