Russ Crawford of the Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance on Canada’s Hemp Industry

At last week’s GreenRush Financial Conference in Vancouver, Cannabis Investing News had the chance to speak with Russ Crawford, the current president of the Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance, an organization that represents those involved in Canada’s hemp industry.

In the video below, Crawford briefly explains Canada’s regulations on growing hemp, also outlining some of hemp’s most common uses. In closing, he touches on the strategies his organization has used to address the stigma surrounding hemp due to its association with marijuana.
