Telxius, subsidiary of Telefonica Group (BME:TEF) announced that it was integrating Radware’s (NASDAQ:RDWR) cybersecurity applications to its fiber optic networks. With 87,000 kilometers of fiber optic submarine cables, Telxius is applying Radware’s services for threat detection and preventing any potential cyber attacks.

As quoted in the press release:

We must ensure a seamless experience for our customers when an attack takes place and keep them protected from new attack methods, and Radware is the right partner for it”, said Rafael Castell, Head of Product Marketing at Telxius.
