Sirios Resources Releases Video Detailing Latest Exploration Methods

Sirios Resources Inc. (TSXV:SOI) has released the third installment of a video series highlighting its team conducting exploration at the company’s Cheechoo property in Quebec. The video features some of the technological innovations utilized by the company to make mining exploration more accurate and efficient. The video explains the team’s use of drones for mapping, geolocation and gathering topographic data. The team is also using drones for surveying drill collars, trenches and more. Sirios explains its use of 3D models based on drilling logs to accurately plan for how to proceed with drilling. Finally, the video highlights the team’s use of all-terrain vehicles in order to conduct in-person exploration in the rugged Quebec wilderness.

“We’re a relatively young company in terms of employees, so we try to bring a technical touch that other companies might lack,” Sirios senior geologist Jordi Turcotte said in the video.

Sirios’ 75-square-kilometer Cheechoo gold project consists of 145 claims in two non-contiguous blocks. Samples from the Cheechoo property have returned values of up to 113.5 g/t gold in surface sampling and 867.1 g/t gold in drilling.
