    Global UAV Collaborates with US Army and SPAWAR Representatives on Subterranean Project and Partners with the Southwest Innovation Cluster

    Global UAV Technologies Ltd., (CSE:UAV) (OTC: YRLLF) (FSE:YAB2), (the “Company” or “Global UAV”), a diversified, vertically integrated drone technology company, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to join the Southwest Innovation Cluster (“SWIC”) as a drone technology partner.

    Global UAV Technologies Ltd., (CSE:UAV) (OTC: YRLLF) (FSE: YAB2), (the “Company” or “Global UAV”), a diversified, vertically integrated drone technology company, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to join the Southwest Innovation Cluster (“SWIC”) as a drone technology partner. In addition, the Company has been selected to participate in the Subterranean (“SubT”) Project along with other partners including representatives from the US Army, The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (“SPAWAR”), Ardent Eagle, Max Robotics and ADS Inc.

    About Southwest Innovation Cluster

    Formed in 2010, the Southwest Innovation Cluster (SWIC) is a resource networking and business management entity that focuses on autonomous unmanned systems related to providers and suppliers of Battlespace Awareness, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) technologies, alternative power and propulsion. It also provides high performance computing access to small and medium-sized businesses, and resource support for cyber-security, augmented and virtual reality services.

    SWIC is hosted by National University. It has a working relationship with corporations, government agencies and such organizations as the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, the Scripps Institute and the national network of supercomputers. SWIC also collaborates with such institutions as North Dakota University, Mississippi State University, the University of California, San Diego, and San Diego State all supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Small Business Administration. Other partners include Raytheon, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman.

    About the Subterranean Project

    The Subterranean project aims to develop innovative technologies that would augment operations underground. The SubT project collaboration will explore new approaches to rapidly map, navigate, search, and exploit complex underground environments, including human-made tunnel systems, urban underground, and natural cave networks. Global UAV is the sole UAV technology partner involved in the collaboration.
