Number of shares: 707,000 flow-through shares Purchase price: 10 cents per share Warrants: 353,500 share purchase warrants to purchase 353,500 shares Warrant exercise price: 15 cents for a two-year period (The warrants will be subject to an acceleration clause, which will have the warrants expire on the date which is 30 days after the date that the volume-weighted average trading price of the company’s common shares exceeds 25 cents per share over a period of 10 consecutive trading days.)
