Alpha Esports Tech Announces Private Placement of CDN $1,500,000
Alpha Esports Tech Inc. (CSE: ALPA) (FSE:(9HN), (OTC PINK: APETF), (“Alpha” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of CDN $1,500,000 or up to 4,285,714 units (the “Units”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share at a price of CDN $0.25 and one half common share purchase warrant (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of $0.35 for a period of 24 months.
