Otis Gold Corp. (TSXV:OOO) announced that drilling is now complete at its previously announced Kilgore Gold Project fall drill program. Otis is pleased to report that a total of 3,200 metres of drilling was completed in 19 reverse circulations drill holes. Based on the forecast turnaround times for drill assays and barring no material delays, the Company expects to announce the drill results in early January. The drilling was conducted by O’Keefe Drilling Co, Inc. of Butte, Montana.
Otis Gold President and CEO, Craig Lindsay, stated:
We were very pleased to be in a position to undertake this drill program, which was largely due to a very supportive investor base that we have been diligently expanding over the past nine months. Due to challenging market conditions, a majority of junior exploration and development companies have not been able to progress their projects in a material way; Otis stands in the very small minority of companies that have been able to attract capital and continue to develop its portfolio. We remain very optimistic about the growth potential at Kilgore, and look forward to sharing our results, and future development plans, when all our drill results are received and reviewed.
