Higher Gas Prices Affecting Consumers, Economy

SF Gate reports that higher gas prices are affecting both all business as well as consumers.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Gas prices are typically low this time of year, but prices rose 4 percent last week to a national average of $3.29, the highest level on record for this time of year. Unrest in the Middle East has pushed prices higher, and analysts predict pump prices could reach higher still.
