A.I.S. Resources Extends Warrants

A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSXV:AIS, OTCQB:AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) announces that it intends, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to extend the term of 12,622,222 warrants expiring on February 26, 2020. The share purchase warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 12,622,222 shares accepted for filing by the TSXV on March 1, 2019.

The warrants will be extended for a period of two years until February 26, 2022. The exercise price remains unchanged at $0.12.
