In the November 2014 edition of the Gold Newsletter (subscription), Brien Lundin refreshes his buy of Balmoral Resources (TSX:BAR) according to Stockwatch. The newsletter editor saw “outsized potential” at Balmoral’s Bug Lake project given drill results released in October.
As quoted in the publication:
The company recently released assays from a six-hole drilling program at its Bug Lake South target on the Martiniere property along the Detour gold trend in Quebec. Mr. Lundin says the results demonstrate the outsized potential at Bug Lake, noting that each hole encountered gold mineralization. The company also recently reported it would sell a financing of 5.9 million flow-through shares at $1.70. The newsletter editor says because of the recent drop in Balmoral’s share price, the company might have to renegotiate the terms of the financing, but he still thinks it is capable of raising the same amount of money.
