Legislation the Number-one Concern for Cobalt Users

MetalBulletin reported that according to the Cobalt Development Institute (CDI), legislation is the biggest concern for cobalt users.

As quoted in the market news:

As some upstream cobalt players express concerns about a lack of feed supplies coming from Africa, it is legislation that is causing a bigger headache for users of the minor metal, the trade group told Metal Bulletin. Legislation, particularly in Europe, aimed at protecting the environment and human health, can often go a step too far, hindering the competitiveness of businesses, the CDI argues.
