Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV:GGG,OTCQB:GPHBF) announced a newly developed filament to its product line, Scorpion Flexible Nylon.

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV:GGG,OTCQB:GPHBF) announced a newly developed filament to its product line, Scorpion Flexible Nylon.
As quoted in the press release:

Due to the outstanding resilience of this material, 3D printed objects with Scorpion can handle repeated stress with ease and maintains their shape. Compared its competitors, Scorpion Flexible Nylon has a very strong interlayer adhesion which is essential for high durability in mechanical parts. Furniture and container designers can exploit the bendability of this nylon to form unique shapes and prototypes. Scorpion is comfortable to the touch which makes it ideal for wearable 3D printing designs. The filament is available for purchase in 1.75 and 3.00 mm diameter, 400 gram spools on Amazon, eBay and the Company’s web store, blackmagic3d.com.

Graphene 3D Lab Co-CEO, Elena Polyakova, stated:

We are constantly looking to expand our product line to best meet the needs of our growing customer base. We expect the addition of the Nylon filament to play an integral role in many different commercial markets. This filament can be readily produced in large quantities and we intend to ramp up production to satisfy our customer demand.

Graphene 3D Lab co-CEO, Daniel Stolyarov, stated:

Nylon attracted a lot of interest in the 3D printing industry due to its strength. However the material has a problem with the interlayer adhesion being too weak. I am proud to say that our R&D team has successfully resolved this issue. I believe that our customers will truly love the Scorpion Flexible Nylon and look forward to receiving their feedback.
