Wildcat Exploration (TSXV:WEL) and Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CSE:CZC) announced the termination of the sale agreement for Copper Reef’s Pikoo and Fort a la Corne diamond exploration properties in northern Saskatchewan and gold properties in the Flin Flon mining camp in Manitoba.
As quoted in the press release:
The proposed transactions were originally announced by the Company in its news release dated May 12, 2015 and were approved, subject to regulatory approval, by shareholders at an annual and special meeting held on July 8, 2015.
The Company is evaluating other potential transactions and related funding, which will be announced as and when firm plans are in place.
