Bayswater to acquire Reno Creek uranium project, Wyoming

Resource Investing News Bayswater Uranium (TSXV:BAY) reports a letter of intent to buy the Reno Creek uranium project from Strathmore Minerals (TSXV:STM) for a total of $32 million. The Reno Creek project has NI 43-101 compliant resources of 10.96 million pounds of U3O8 measured and indicated and 4.73 million pounds of U3O8 inferred. Bayswater Uranium (TSXV:BAY) reports a letter of intent to buy the Reno Creek uranium project from Strathmore Minerals (TSXV:STM) for a total of $32 million.
The Reno Creek project has NI 43-101 compliant resources of 10.96 million pounds of U3O8 measured and indicated and 4.73 million pounds of U3O8 inferred. In addition, Reno Creek contains approximately 8.41 million pounds of U3O8 in historical resources.
The deal is set to close in December this year pending financing, exchange approval and shareholder approval.
