A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSXV:AIS, OTCQB:AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) announces that the Company has granted a total of 4,085,000 incentive stock options to various directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company. The stock options were granted on July 23, 2019 with an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a five-year period from the date of grant and vest immediately. The stock options granted are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
