The goal of the partnership is to ultimately position Cannvas to maximize value for its shareholders through transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, within the global cannabis and technology sectors.

The companies will implement a strategic review of all Cannvas properties to gain clearer insight into all available options to maximize the value of the Company.
