Millennial Esports (TSXV:GAME) has announced an update on its previously announced non-brokered private placement of equity units of $0.70 for gross proceeds of up to $20 million.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company expects the first tranche of the Private Placement to close within the next week, with a second tranche of the Private Placement to close at the end of January.
