At December 31, 2011, Silver Bear had cash and cash equivalents of $4.28 million. The Company has no debt outstanding. Silver Bear anticipates that it has a sufficient amount of cash and cash equivalents to meet its short term objectives. Additional funding may be required in the longer term.
