Precious Metals Pare Some Losses But Hurt by Dash for Cash

CNBC reported precious metals rose slightly then fell as investors scrambled for cash on the fear of a potential Greek debt default.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Palladium recovered from an earlier 5.0-percent fall to trade up 0.4 percent on the day at $637.22 an ounce, around its lowest since last October.
