Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (TSXV:NEE) announced that the Honorable Janice K. Brewer, Governor of Arizona, marked the official opening of the Moss Mine Reactivation Project Pilot Plant during a ribbon cutting ceremony held in Bullhead City, Arizona on August 14, 2013.
